One figure on this page is a price. The first hour starts from €180, for any companion on the board and any destination we list. Everything longer than that is quoted on request, because the honest answer depends on the format, the hour and the distance, and a table that pretends otherwise is a table that gets renegotiated at the door.
What never changes is the sequence. You get a number in writing before she leaves, and that number is the whole number.

The first hour starts at €180. Anything longer is quoted when you ask, in writing, so the amount is settled long before a taxi is called.
Nothing is added at the door and nothing is renegotiated in the room. The desk quotes once and that quote stands.
What the first hour covers
Her time, her travel and her presence at the address you gave, at the minute agreed. The journey is not billed separately, whether she is walking six streets in De Pijp or taking the train to Rotterdam. There is no booking fee, no agency fee, no call out fee and no late night supplement. If you have been quoted those things elsewhere you already know why this page is written the way it is.
Why longer formats are quoted rather than listed
A three hour dinner in Amsterdam Centrum and a three hour dinner at the coast are not the same booking, and a printed table would either overcharge the first or underpay the second. So the desk quotes. You describe the evening you want, we reply with a figure and an arrival time, and you decide before anything is committed.
Quotes come back in minutes, not hours, and they do not move afterwards. Nobody from this agency will contact you later with a revised number.
Travel, notice and what it does to the price
Nothing, is the short answer. Distance changes the notice period, not the fare. Inside the ring, an hour is enough. For the airport hotels at Schiphol allow ninety minutes, and for Utrecht or the other cities on the list, two hours. Those figures are on each destination page along with the reasons behind them.
The one thing distance does affect is choice. A companion who is already two cities away cannot be in your lobby in ninety minutes, and the desk will say so rather than send someone who will arrive late.
How the amount is settled
The figure is agreed in the chat before she sets off, so there is nothing to negotiate when she arrives and nothing to work out at the door. If you want to know how the payment itself is handled, ask the desk when you confirm and you will get a clear answer in the same message.
