Rates, and the one number that is fixed
One figure on this page is a price. The first hour starts from €180, for any companion on the board and any destination we list. Everything longer than that is quoted on request, because the honest answer depends on the format, the hour and the distance, and a table that pretends otherwise is a table that gets renegotiated at the door.
What never changes is the sequence. You get a number in writing before she leaves, the same message says whether a deposit is needed to confirm, and that number is the whole number.
One figure, agreed before she leaves
The first hour starts at €180. Anything longer is quoted when you ask, in writing, so the amount is settled long before a taxi is called.
Nothing is added at the door and nothing is renegotiated in the room. The desk quotes once and that quote stands; a deposit, where the desk asks for one, is confirmed in the same thread, comes off the figure and is never returned as money, and cancelling a confirmed booking is charged by tier.
What the first hour covers
Her time, her travel and her presence at the address you gave, at the minute agreed. The journey is not billed separately, whether she is walking six streets in De Pijp or taking the train to Rotterdam. There is no booking fee, no agency fee, no call out fee and no late night supplement. The one amount that can ever be owed beyond the fare is the cancellation charge on a confirmed booking that does not go ahead, and a deposit is part of the fare, not an extra. Why longer formats are quoted rather than listed
A three hour dinner in Amsterdam Centrum and a three hour dinner at the coast are not the same booking, and a printed table would either overcharge the first or underpay the second. So the desk quotes. You describe the evening you want, we reply with a figure and an arrival time, and you decide before anything is committed.
Quotes come back in minutes, not hours, and they do not move afterwards. Nobody from this agency will contact you later with a revised number.
Travel, notice and what it does to the price
Nothing, is the short answer. Distance changes the notice period, not the fare. Inside the ring, an hour is enough. For the airport hotels at Schiphol allow ninety minutes, and for Utrecht or the other cities on the list, two hours. Those figures are on each destination page along with the reasons behind them.
The one thing distance does affect is choice. A companion who is already two cities away cannot be in your lobby in ninety minutes, and the desk will say so rather than send someone who will arrive late.
Deposit and cancellation
The figure is agreed in the chat before she sets off, so there is nothing to negotiate when she arrives. To confirm a booking the desk may ask for a deposit, at its own discretion: bookings made ahead, long formats, duos, travel, first bookings and busy dates are the usual cases. The amount and the way to pay it are given in the chat before you confirm, never here. A deposit is an advance on the fare, it comes off the total, and the balance is paid at the start.
Once confirmed, a booking is final; cancelling it is a charged event, not a free one. For bookings of one to three hours, cancelling more than 48 hours before the start turns any deposit into a credit valid 12 months, 48 to 24 hours before is charged at 50% of the fee, and under 24 hours, or a no-show, at the full fee. Dinner dates, overnights, duos, travel and multi-day windows count in days instead: more than 7 days, 7 days to 72 hours, under 72 hours.
