Terms of a booking, in plain language
Short terms for a short arrangement: the desk confirms, you say yes in writing, and from that message the booking is final. The rest is below, in the order it comes up.
Who may book
Adults of twenty one or older, on both sides of the arrangement. Below that age the desk declines, and says so.
What is being arranged
A companion's time and company for an agreed period at an agreed address; nothing beyond companionship is offered or implied. The first hour starts from €180, longer formats are quoted on request, and the figure agreed in the chat is the figure. A deposit is part of that figure, not on top of it, and a cancellation charge is a share of it, not an extra.
Conduct during a booking
Courtesy runs both ways: sober enough for a conversation, a companion treated as any guest at your table, and no photographs or recordings without her clear agreement.
Confirmation and deposit
Confirmed means the desk has stated in the chat the companion, the date, the start time, the length, the kind of address, hotel or private, the total and any deposit, and you have agreed in writing; with a deposit, once it has arrived. Before that yes nothing is booked or owed. From it the booking is final: her time is held for you alone and other requests for the slot are turned away.
A deposit is at the desk's discretion, usual for bookings made well ahead, long formats, duos, travel, first bookings and busy dates; the amount and the way to pay it are stated in the chat before you confirm, never here. It is an advance on the fare: it comes off the total, the balance is paid at the start, and it is never returned as money when you cancel.
Cancellation charges for short bookings
A confirmed booking is final. Cancelling it is possible, and it is charged. Cancel by a message on the thread you booked on; the charge is a share of the agreed fee, counted from the agreed start. One to three hours: over 48 hours out, any deposit turns into a credit, valid 12 months for any companion on this board, one use, not transferable, never paid out; where none was paid there is no charge, and a deposit is asked for next time. 48 to 24 hours out, 50%. Under 24 hours, 100%. A booking confirmed inside a window is in that window from the yes: a same-day booking sits in the 100% tier from the moment the desk confirms it.
In the 50% and 100% tiers the deposit is kept in full and the rest is invoiced, due within 14 days; costs the desk saves, travel not made for instance, come off a 100% charge, which is then the only amount owed.
Example: a three hour booking at €600 with a €300 deposit. Cancelled 30 hours ahead: 50%, €300, covered by the deposit. Cancelled 10 hours ahead, or not there when she arrives: €600, the deposit kept and the other €300 invoiced. Cancelled a week ahead: the €300 becomes a 12-month credit.
Cancellation charges for long formats
Dinner dates, overnights, duos, couples, extended and multi-day windows, travel and events take more of a diary, so the count runs in days: over 7 days out, the deposit becomes the 12-month credit; 7 days to 72 hours, 50%; under 72 hours, 100%. Deposits, invoicing and saved costs work as above.
No-shows
Not at the agreed address, or not reachable on the booking number, within 30 minutes after the start; a wrong or inaccessible address; or turning her away at the door for a reason that is not ours (see When we cancel). Each is a no-show, a cancellation in the 100% tier: the deposit is kept and the balance invoiced.
Moving a booking, extending, ending early
One move of the date or the hour, at the desk's discretion, asked before she sets off and only where her diary allows; the deposit and these terms go with it. No agreed new time, and the original stands under the tiers above. An extension is confirmed in the chat first and runs at the rate already on the board; ending early does not reduce the fee.
When the companion ends a booking
She may end or refuse a booking when a guest is visibly intoxicated, abusive or threatening, will not show ID where age is in doubt, gave a false identity or address, has unannounced extra persons present, or asks for anything outside companionship. That is a cancellation by you in the 100% tier: the fee stays due and the deposit is kept. Applied firmly, and almost never needed.
When we cancel
If the desk cancels, or the confirmed companion cannot come, for a reason that is not yours, you decide: a new slot or a different companion with nothing added, or the full amount you paid returned within 14 days. A substitute is offered, never imposed; decline her and the refund follows. Force majeure gives you the same choice.
Photos and the blur
Faces on the board are blurred for the companions' privacy. The office checks each photo set against the companion in person before publication, and the companion confirmed in your chat is the one who arrives, with the body, hair, styling and presentation shown. So 'she is not the woman in the photos' cannot be checked at the door and is not a ground for cancellation, refund or credit; turning her away is a no-show.
No right of withdrawal
Every booking is a leisure service for a specific date and time; under article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply.
Law
Dutch law governs these terms and every booking made under them. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.
Records and misuse
The chat holding the booking and these terms, and the payment record of any deposit, are kept as long as the booking, any charge or credit, a dispute or bookkeeping duties need them, then deleted. No copies of ID are stored. A false identity, another person's payment details, or threats or violence against a companion may be reported to the police and the payment provider, and future bookings declined.
