Locations, and what each one costs you in time
Twelve destinations, one rule. She comes to you, at an hour fixed in advance, at an address you give the desk. What changes from one destination to the next is not the fare and not the standard, it is the travel time, so this page states that plainly for each.

The Amsterdam districts, an hour or a little more
Amsterdam Centrum covers the canal ring between Centraal Station and the Amstel. The Jordaan sits one canal west, De Pijp lies south of the Amstel around its market, and Oud-Zuid runs from Museumplein to the Apollolaan. Around them sit Amsterdam Oost, Amsterdam West, the towers of Zuidas and, across the IJ, Amsterdam Noord.
Seven companions call each of the four inner districts home, and all twenty-eight travel freely. The working figure is sixty minutes from your message to a knock at the door. Noord and the Sloterdijk edge of West take seventy-five, because of the water and the ring, and in the evening peak the desk adds a quarter of an hour rather than promise a number it cannot keep.
The airport and the cities, a little more notice
Schiphol is a short run by road and a fifteen minute train from the city, but an airport hotel adds shuttles, car parks and long corridors at the far end, so plan on ninety minutes. Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam are all direct rail journeys from Amsterdam, between half an hour and an hour on the timetable, and the honest figure to allow is two hours, three if you are booking into the evening rush.
None of these destinations carries a surcharge that appears at the door. Whatever is agreed in the chat is the whole figure, for the Jordaan and for the Wilhelminapier alike.
