Eight destinations, one rule. She comes to you, at an hour fixed in advance, at an address you give the desk. What changes from one destination to the next is not the fare and not the standard, it is the travel time, so this page states that plainly for each.

Four Amsterdam districts, one hour of notice
Amsterdam Centrum covers the ring of canals between Centraal Station and the Amstel, and holds the largest concentration of hotel rooms in the country. The Jordaan sits one canal to the west, all narrow streets and converted canal houses. De Pijp lies south of the Amstel around its market and its park. Oud-Zuid runs from Museumplein out along the Apollolaan, and is the quietest address of the four.
Seven companions give each of these districts as home, and all twenty-eight travel between them freely. Inside this ring the working figure is sixty minutes from your message to a knock at the door, and in the evening peak the desk will say so and add a quarter of an hour rather than promise you a number it cannot keep.
The airport and the cities, a little more notice
Schiphol is a short run by road and a fifteen minute train from the city, but an airport hotel adds shuttles, car parks and long corridors at the far end, so plan on ninety minutes. Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam are all direct rail journeys from Amsterdam, between half an hour and an hour on the timetable, and the honest figure to allow is two hours, three if you are booking into the evening rush.
None of these destinations carries a surcharge that appears at the door. Whatever is agreed in the chat is the whole figure, for the Jordaan and for the Wilhelminapier alike.
