Privacy, stated as plainly as we can
The shortest privacy policy is the one that describes a system which collects almost nothing. That is what this is. There is no account to create on this website, no form to submit, and no record kept of you after your evening ends.
This website
The site sets no tracking cookies, builds no advertising profile and follows nobody around the internet afterwards. There is no login, no basket, no newsletter signup and no contact form, so there is no field on any page that could collect your name or your address even if someone wanted one.
The one third party involved in rendering these pages is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces you are reading. Your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and that request is handled by Google under its own privacy policy rather than ours. Nothing else on this site is loaded from anywhere but our own server.
The booking conversation
Bookings are made on WhatsApp, which is our main channel, or on Telegram, which is available as an alternative for anyone who prefers it. Both buttons appear on every page and either one reaches the same desk.
Each of those apps is operated by its own company and handles your message data, your phone number and your metadata under its own policy and its own encryption. We are simply the other party in the chat, exactly like any contact in your phone. If the privacy characteristics of one app suit you better than the other, use that one, it makes no difference at our end.
What the agency keeps
No client database exists. We do not maintain customer records, booking histories, spreadsheets of guests, mailing lists or marketing segments, and there is nothing to export, sell or lose. What exists during a booking is a chat thread, the same one you can see, containing the hotel, the hour and the arrangement.
When the evening is finished that thread is the only trace, and it sits on your device and on the desk's. You are free to delete your side of it whenever you like, and many guests do. Nothing about deleting a conversation affects a future booking, because there was never a file to lose in the first place.
Questions about any of this
Ask on the same channel you would use to book. If you want a conversation removed from our side, say so and it is done. We would rather answer a direct question about data than publish four pages of clauses that nobody reads and nobody can verify.
